Travel information
Kefermarkt is about 30 km north east of Linz and can be reached
- by car in about 30 minutes from Linz
- by bus and train in about 1,5 hours from Linz airport.
Connections from blue danube airport Linz to Linz main railway station. - Another option is to fly to Vienna. There are direct trains between Vienna airport and Linz central station.
- The castle is 1.6km from the station and can be reached
on foot (25 minutes, 100m uphill).
A baggage shuttle is available on Sunday, June 18, 2023 for trains coming from Linz arriving at 16:33 (EC 334) and 18:27 (S3, R3806) and 19:33 (EC 336) in Kefermarkt. Outside these times, please contact local taxi companies well in advance if you need a taxi.
